• There is a two (2) hour minimum for each session.

7. What is the cancellation policy?

• In the event that a confirmed mediation is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled for any reason, including settlement, a cancellation fee equal to the reserved time will be charged unless written or email notification is provided at least three (3) business days prior to the mediation date.
